The gites are set in an acre of walled garden with fruit and walnut trees providing welcome shade in the summer sun. Each gite has its own private gated garden area with shady spots, BBQ and garden furniture. Within the garden is a fully fenced and gated pool which is solar heated so it can be used for a longer season, alongside the pool there are plenty of loungers, chairs and tables. Light snacks, lunches, drinks and ice-creams are available at the poolside. There are also plenty of inflatables and toys to keep the children occupied. Next to the pool is playground, with 3ft square roofed sandpit providing shade, two climbing frames with swings and slides, there are also lots of balls, sand toys and other toys, again plenty to keep the children interested. There is also an area to play badmington with nets and equipment, swingball and boules. The garden itself gives you plenty of places to sit both in the sun and the shade aswell as plenty of places to explore and run around.
The gites themselves are fully equipt with everything you could need, especially if you are holidaying with younger children or babies. We have everything from the essencial cots and stairgates to the important toys and storybooks. We have over 200 dvds available to you including many childrens ones. We can also arrange for a baby pack or shopping list to be in your gite on arrival, and we are available for childminding both daytime and eveningtime. We can cater for twins. Le Nid d'hibou
Our smallest gite has one bedroom with plenty of space for a cot or childrens bed, it has a separate bathroom upstairs and an open plan, spacious living area downstairs with kitchen, dining and livingroom spaces. It has a sofa, tv, dvd and cd player in the lounge area along with a log burning fire for the colder seasons (fire guard available if required).
Merlin Rouge
Our second gite has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a cot can go in either if these rooms, depending on requirements. It also has a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs this gite has a kitchen-dinner and a separate lounge with sofa, tv, dvd and cd player. This gite has central heating for the colder seasons.
Kestrals Cottage
Our third gite is the largest and can sleep upto 9 people. It has two bedrooms upstairs, one double with a balcony on it and plenty of space for an extra bed, also a triple room with ensuite bathroom, there is also a main bathroom with a second toilet on this floor. The downstairs has a spacious kitchen, separate dining room and lounge with large sofa, tv, dvd and cd players. Either the lounge or dining room can be used as a third bedroom, depending on requirements and still leaving you one room to use altogether.

Our nearest airports are Angouleme and Poitiers, less than an hour away with plenty of car hire firms. Our nearest ports are Caen and St. Malo around 5 to 6 hours drive away.
